<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a food containing a solid ingredient and easily sterilizable without deteriorating the palatability and taste of the solid ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The food containing a solid ingredient is produced by a step to fill a solid ingredient necessitating a long time for sterilization and the remaining solid ingredient in separate vessels, a step to separately sterilize the solid ingredient taking long time for sterilization and the remaining solid ingredient and filled in separate vessels by direct steam sterilization, a step to combine the sterilized solid ingredient taking long sterilization time with the remaining solid ingredient in a sterilized vessel in aseptic state, and optionally a step to add a sterilized seasoning liquid to the product in aseptic state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
