<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear fusion neutron source capable of providing a large neutron bundle with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: When a cusped magnetic field 6 is generated by magnets 4-1 to 4-8 to generate ion beams, a first negative voltage is applied to a negative electrode 2, and a second negative voltage having an absolute value smaller than that of the first negative voltage is applied to a positive electrode 3, the neutron bundle is generated by a nuclear fusion reaction among the ion beams.
