<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional small portable electronic apparatus comprising a first device part having a liquid crystal display part for displaying information, a second device part having an input button for accepting input of information, and a connection part for connecting the first device part to the second device part. <P>SOLUTION: The first device part has a cutout part 3 that is a space for housing the second device part 7 on the side surface of a cubic casing body. The connection part 4 rotates the second device part 7 with the connection part 4 as a fulcrum to house the second device part 7 in the cutout part 3 of the first device part.
