PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversal spring of high reliability with a protrusion part enabled to be easily formed at the contact plate and preventing coming-off of the protrusion part and a switching device using the reversal spring. SOLUTION: A spring member 1 having a reversible swollen part with a through-hole 1c formed at a tiptop part of the swollen part, a protruded member 2 inserted into the through-hole 1c with its one end protruded and held at a top face side in a plate thickness direction of the spring member, and a pressing part 2a formed on the top face side of the protruded member 2 and transferring pressing force from outside are provided. By forming the protruded member 2 with a metal material of a hollow ring shape and deforming an end part of the ring of the metal material, the protruded member 2 is held in the through-hole 1c not to be pulled off so as to pinch it from the top and the bottom faces of the spring member 1 in the plate thickness direction.
