PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating contact point device, capable of achieving assured contact in a contact point part and excellent operability, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The rotating contact point device comprises a rotating dial 16, an outer cover 11 for supporting the rotating dial 15, an armature plate 14 rotatably supported by an electric board 13 and rotated by the rotating dial 16, an armature 15 held by the armature plate 14, the electric board having a copper foil pattern for allowing the contact point part of the armature 15 to slidingly contact, and a base board 12 for fixing the electric board 13. The armature plate 14 has projections 14e projecting toward the electric board 13. Parallel condition of the armature plate 14 can be maintained by making the projections 14e abut the electric board 14, even if misalignment in positioning, or contact pressure forces the armature plate 15 to incline.
