PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform remote management of a management object system at appropriate timing in a remote management system for performing the remote management of the management object system by utilizing Internet connection. SOLUTION: This management mediating device includes a management system communication part for making a connection to an management system outside a fire wall from inside the fire wall via the Internet, a processing part for receiving a command from the management system via the management system communication part and executing prescribed processing in accordance with the received command, a management object system communication part for transferring the command received by the processing part to the management object system, a storage part for storing a connection schedule of the management system communication part and a connection instruction part for instructing the management system communication part to make a connection to the management system in accordance with the connection schedule.
