PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable keyboard apparatus on which mounting of an information terminal devices such as a cellular phone is easy, which is excellent in operability, formed in small size/light weight and has high reliability. SOLUTION: The information terminal device can be mounted on the keyboard apparatus by providing a U-shaped device or L-shaped stand device at a left end part or a right end part of the keyboard apparatus, the keyboard apparatus has structure capable of surely clamping the keyboard apparatus at the time of folding, enhances the operability by setting key pitch intervals as 19 mm at the time of operation, is formed in small size/light weight and enhances the reliability/durability.
