PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for bleeding air, and injecting grout at desired time for an existing sheath pipe by boring a hole in the sheath pipe when necessary, and installing an air bleeding/ injecting device in the bored hole. SOLUTION: This air bleeding/injecting device of the sheath pipe has the sheath pipe formed in a cylindrical shape, and having a spiral continuous projecting part on the outer periphery, an air bleeding/injecting hole bored in a proper position of this sheath pipe, an air bleeding/injecting pipe composed of the substantially same size diameter as the air bleeding/injecting hole, a seal member joined in close contact to a base end part of the air bleeding/injecting pipe, and formed in a size for covering the spiral projecting part on the outer periphery of the sheath pipe, and a belt member for fastening the seal member on the opposite side of the sheath pipe by loosely fitting the air bleeding/ injecting pipe.
