PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly attenuating rubber composition which has various characteristics such as attenuating characteristics, breaking strength, and elastic modulus in a good balance and improves the processability of the unvulcanized rubber, and to provide a quake-free structure using the highly attenuating rubber composition. SOLUTION: This highly attenuating rubber composition comprises≥30 pts.wt. of polyisoprene rubber having a cis-1,4-bond content of≤92% as a rubber component, carbon black in an amount of 40 to 95 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the rubber component, and 5 to 50 pts.wt. of a tackifier. Since containing the specific carbon black and the tackifier, the highly attenuating rubber composition maintains good processability to stabilize the process, when kneaded, and can have good breaking strength, elongation characteristics and attenuation performances in the good balance.
