PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellophane laminate provided with a seal layer suitable as a general light packaging material and excellent in non-chargeability, transparency, printability, tear resistance, heat sealability and the like, especially a cellophane laminate characterized in that the non-chargeability of the surface of the seal layer is hardly affected by the thickness of the seal layer. SOLUTION: The cellophane laminate is a laminate, which is constituted by laminating an ethylene/unsaturated ester copolymer layer, which comprises an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic ester copolymer, an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic ester/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or the like on a cellophane base material, and excellent in non-chargeability even if the thickness of the seal layer is made large.
