PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin mirror cutter, having high reliability by preventing shifting of a cutter body relative to a cutter mounting part regardless of heat or the like even if the cutter body is fitted in replacement. SOLUTION: The pin mirror cutter in which the cutter body 3 is inserted and fitted from one plane direction of the cutter mounting part 2 to the inner peripheral part of the cutter mounting part 2 mounted on a finishing machine, is constituted so that the cutter mounting part 2 and the cutter body 3 are fitted by a positioning and fixing mechanism 4 in which two or more projecting parts 5 extended in the radial direction and cutout parts 6 engaged with the projecting parts 5 are combined to be positioned and fixed to each other. The pin mirror cutter is characterised in that, in one side pointing the peripheral direction of the projecting part 5, the central part in the direction of thickness of the cutter body 3 has a projecting surface 5a projected in the circumferential direction, and the other side is formed to have an inclined surface 5b gradually reduced in width of the projecting part 5 as it goes toward the insert direction of the cutter body 3.
