PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dermatologic preparation for external use improved in effects, especially, humectant effect, skin beautifying agent, and skin whitening effect. SOLUTION: The dermatologic preparation comprises an extract from Haematococcus algae. Since the preparation comprises the extract of Haematococcus algae which are of a kind of green alga, it has the effect of improving, especially, moisturizing effect, skin beautifying effect, and skin whitening effect.
