PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure driveability of a vehicle and durability of a vehicle body even if a spacer is interposed between a subframe and the vehicle body. SOLUTION: A suspension device is equipped with the spacer 4 which is interposed between the vehicle body 3 and the subframe 1, and where a contact surface 4a contacting with an approximately flat shape mounting surface 3a formed on the vehicle body 3 side.
