MEMBRANE STRIP BIOSENSOR SYSTEM FOR POINT-OF-CARE TESTING(POCT) TO REDUCE DETECTING COST AND IMPROVE DETECTION SENSITIVITY

PURPOSE: A membrane strip biosensor system for point-of-care testing(POCT) is provided. Therefore, the biosensor system is improved by introducing cross-flow method into the immune reaction and enzyme reaction to reduce detecting cost and improve detection sensitivity . CONSTITUTION: The membrane strip biosensor system for point-of-care testing(POCT) comprises: a sample addition membrane pad(10); a conjugate accumulation membrane pad(20); a signal generation membrane pad(30) which contains the fixed sensitive component for capture; a horizontal flowing solution absorption membrane pad(40); a signal generation substrate solution supplying membrane pad(50); a vertical flowing solution absorption membrane pad(60); and a substrate solution, wherein both ends of the signal generation membrane pad(30) are horizontally partially overlapped with the solution absorption membrane pad(40) and the conjugate accumulation membrane pad(20); one end of the conjugate accumulation membrane pad(20) is partially overlapped with the sample addition membrane pad(10); and the both ends of the signal generation membrane pad(30) are vertically partially overlapped with the membrane pads(50, 60).
