PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of gibberellin soluble granule which contains lactose to reduce toxicity of dioctylsulfosuccinate and stabilize aging effect. The composition is prepared by fermentation method to increase efficiency of the gibberellin. CONSTITUTION: The composition of gibberellin soluble granule is characterized by containing a gibberellin compound selected from the group gibberellin A1, gibberellin A2, gibberellin A4 and gibberellin A7; sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate; and lactose selected from the group consisting of lactose, lactose monohydrate and their mixture.
