APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING BUCKLE FROM FORMING ON ULTRA-THIN STRIP OF COLD ROLLED COIL

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for preventing buckle from forming on ultra-thin strip of cold rolled coil to produce product of high quality more promptly by preventing formation of buckle on the surface of a ultra-thin strip passing through DRM rolling mill of cold rolling plant to prevent the buckle formed strip from winding on tension reel. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an expanded roll (10) positioned at the input side of tension reel (120) of thin strip coiler to give a lead-in angle to strip (100) by bending strip wound around the tension reel; and a moving part comprising a base frame (20) fixed to the bottom of facility, guiding rails (21) installed perpendicularly to the base frame, a moving member (22) installed so that the moving member is slided along the guiding rails, a driving cylinder (24) which is installed at the moving member by means of bracket (23), and an upper part of which is connected to an expanded roll installed supporting frame to lift and lower the expanded roll to a certain position, and a step motor (25) installed on the base frame and connected to a rotation amount measuring sensor so that the step motor is control operated according to values of the measuring sensor to lift and lower the moving member, wherein lead-in angle is continuously given to strip by moving position of the expanded roll according to winding of strip around the tension reel.
