PURPOSE: A mouth guard for a wind instrument performer is provided to enhance a tone color and/or a sound quality and not to have a bad effect on an underjaw incisor part. CONSTITUTION: The mouth guard for a wind instrument performer comprises a foretold covering part(20) to cover an underjaw foretold part. The foretold covering part adheres closely according to a shape of the underjaw foretold part. The mouth guard for a wind instrument performer further comprises a posterolateral gum covering part(27) to be extended from the posterolateral of the underjaw foretold part and to cover a posterolateral gum part. The foretold covering part and the posterolateral gum covering part are made of an acrylic resin.
