<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing of a cell by making uniform loads put on an anode electrode and a cathode electrode, aligning contact resistance, and enhancing corrosion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic conduction property can be stably secured by using a spring material with excellent corrosion resistance and spring property, even in severe conditions where swelling and contraction of PEM accompanying operation and stoppage of an FC are repeated.
