<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element forming member in which external electrodes are formed on appropriate parts, fraction defective can be reduced by relieving tolerance of mask precision, and which is favorable to miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The individual external electrodes 16 electrically connected to individual internal electrodes 12, and a common external electrode 17 electrically connected to a common internal electrode 11, are formed on the surface of a piezoelectric vibration plate 23. The individual external electrodes 16 are continuously arranged over the surface from a tip surface of the piezoelectric vibration plate 23. The common external electrode 17 is continuously arranged over the surface from the rear end surface of the piezoelectric vibration plate 23. An electrode non-forming part 9 which forms at least a strip region prolonged in the direction of series of a piezoelectric vibrator 14 is formed at a part between the individual external electrodes 16 and the common external electrode 17.
