<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device of an oscillator which prepares a terminal part for electrical connection, can miniaturize the oscillator, and keeps the driving impedance fixed over a wide temperature range and can decrease temperature drift. <P>SOLUTION: The support structure is equipped with a substrate, and bonding wires 45, 46 supported on a surface of the substrate which are to be connected to the oscillator. The oscillator is supported by the bonding wire in a non-contacting state with the substrate. The bonding wire is electrically connected to the terminal part. If the resonance frequency of the support structure, the drive frequency of the oscillator, and the detuning are denoted fr, fd, and Δf, respectively, the relation 1.1×Δf≤fr≤0.9×fd is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
