<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made intake manifold which materializes improvement of dimensional accuracy of a mounting flange position and suppression of its vibration. <P>SOLUTION: The resin-made intake manifold 1 is formed by welding first-forth pieces 2-5 dividedly formed, which is provided with a cylinder side mounting flange 20 mounted on a cylinder side and a throttle side mounting flange 22 mounted on a throttle side. The cylinder side mounting flange 20 and the throttle side mounting flange 22 are formed on the same peace.
