PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of a paper-like plate having a skin which has the strength as both a box and a frame structure, beautiful appearance, and extensive applications. SOLUTION: The paper-like plate consists of a paper-like plate 10 having a skin 12 on a face side 10A. A first folding groove 16 and a second folding groove 17 are formed in a body part with the skin left behind from a back side 10B, and a first folding piece 21 and a second folding piece 22 are formed on a body piece 20 and both sides thereof. Cavity parts 23, 24 and 25 are formed in at least one of the folding pieces. The first and second folding pieces overlap a back side of the body piece via the folding grooves to form a base plate 30. A folding groove 36 is formed from a back side of the base plate. The base plate is folded via the folding groove, and a reinforcing plate 40 is stored in a cavity part of the base plate.
