DISPLAY DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having an electrode structure especially suitable as an electrode of a light-emitting element without forming a residue of transparent conductive films even in etching using a weak acidic solution of oxalic acid or the like. SOLUTION: The display device has the electrode of the laminated structure in which transparent conductive films are laminated, and as for the electrode, a first transparent conductive film which does not form the residue in the etching using the weak acidic solution serves as the lowermost layer, and a second transparent conductive film with a work function of 5.0 eV or more serves as the uppermost layer.
