PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the viewing and listening confinement of a plurality of digital TV broadcast receivers by one receiver. SOLUTION: In the digital TV broadcast receiver 101 for serving as a control apparatus and the digital TV broadcast receiver 102 for serving as an apparatus to be controlled, there is provided a wireless communication means by Bluetooth or the like in order to perform, in the control apparatus 101, the batch control of viewing and listening confinement in the plurality of apparatuses 102 to be controlled. As a result, the viewing and listening confinement or the like need not to be set in an individual digital TV broadcast receiver, so that not only operation can be simplified but viewing and listening information on all the digital TVs can be managed collectively.
