PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein an image drawing device is not fixed to a recording member because the image drawing device is placed in front of the recording member when performing image drawing by ink so that it is difficult to form an accurate image when the image drawing device is moved by a certain force or vibration is applied thereto and then the image drawing device is swung and in the case where the recording member is a window or a signboard, a member for providing the image drawing device is enlarged. SOLUTION: There is disclosed an ink jet recorder for forming an image on the recording member by the ink by relatively moving an ink jet head section with respect to the recording member. The recorder comprises a fixing means for fixing the recording device by attracting the recording device to the recording member by using an attraction force. The fixing member consists of a magnetic force generating member 24 and a magnetic member 25. The recording member 23 is placed between the magnetic force generating member 24 and magnetic member 25 and a frame 1 (the recorder) is attracted to be fixed to the recording member 23 by the attraction force by virtue of the magnetic force of the magnetic force generating member 24. |
