PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron or iron-alloy disk rotor of a disk brake for a vehicle reduced in weight, while maintaining rigidity. SOLUTION: This disk rotor of a disk brake for a vehicle is formed from iron or the iron alloy containing at least one of carbon nano fiber having 0.7-500 mm of mean diameter and 0.01-1,000μm of mean length and fullerene as spherical carbon.
