PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient blower with a fan casing manufacturable at low cost. SOLUTION: A discharge pipe 3 is connected with the fan casing 1 at one end side of a rotational axis X of the rotary fan, and is extended in the direction Y orthogonal to the rotational axis X. An intake pipe 4 is connected to the fan casing 1 at the other end side of the rotational axis of the rotary fan, and is extended to the direction Y orthogonal to the rotational axis X.
