PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine lubricating device capable of appropriately performing quick warm up of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This internal combustion engine lubricating device pumps up lubricating oil in an oil pan 2 and pressure-feeds the same to an upper part of an engine 1 and supplies lubricating oil to the engine 1 through a flow passage formed in the engine 1. An oil return quantity regulating valve 30 is provided in a middle of an oil return flow passage 21 going to the oil pan 2. The oil return quantity regulating valve 30 is controlled to open and close according to oil pressure-feed pressure of an oil pump 3. When oil pressure-feed pressure is low, lubricating oil return quantity is reduced compared with quantity at a time when oil pressure-feed pressure is high to quickly warm up the engine 1.
