PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently recover a coating material in mist state which is sprayed and not deposited on an object to be coated. SOLUTION: The coating booth is for spraying a coating material to an object to be coated and comprises a water tank for storing a collecting liquid in which a portion of a sprayed coating material is collected, a suction means for sucking air from the inside of the coating booth and generating air current, a swirling chamber for mixing the collecting liquid in the water tank, the coating material and the coating material mist in the coating booth by the air current, and a recovery tower installed between the suction means and the swirling chamber for collecting the mixture obtained by mixing the collecting liquid, the coating material and the coating material mist, and the inlet of the swirling chamber is provided with a partition 38 whose lower end is cut zigzag.
