PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the adsorbing capacity with respect to hydrogen sulfide is enhanced instantaneously because both of oxygen partial pressure and steam partial pressure rise when an adsorbent having chemical adsorbing action, of which the adsorbing capacity of hydrogen sulfide under a high humidity condition is enhanced, is installed on the high concentration oxygen side of an oxygen enriching membrane but, since dew condensation occurs on an adsorbent gradually and the adsorbing capacity lowers, long-time operation is hard to perform. SOLUTION: This deodorizing apparatus is constituted so as to use the oxygen enriching membrane 7 containing the adsorbent comprising a composite oxide of manganese, copper and cobalt and has chemical adsorbing action excellent with respect to hydrogen sulfide under a high humidity condition. Therefore, the extremely compact deodorizing apparatus can be realized and no dew condensation occurs even if long-time operation is performed and hydrogen sulfide being a main component of an evacuation odor can be efficiently removed over a long time.
