PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker stably preparing a beautifully-made cake. SOLUTION: A storage means 7 has a menu capable of preparing the cake among a plurality of cooking menus, and a control means 9 controls a drive source 4, a heating means 5 and a temperature detecting means 6 so as to optimize a kneading process and a baking process for the cake preparation according to a condition selected by a selection means.
