PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system and a game machine allowing a player playing a first game to participate in a second game having a different game content therefrom without changing the game machine. SOLUTION: This game system is so formed that a first game machine is provided with a second display part which is different from a variable display part displaying the first game, is communicatively connected to a second game machine, transmits/receives information related to the second game controlled in the second game machine, and has a function of allowing the player to play the second game on the second display part based on the information related to the second game.
