ENDOSCOPE APPARATUS AND GUIDE MEMBER FOR ENDOSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus which achieves an easier insertion operation deep into the digestion organs with limited pains inflicted on a patient along with excellent efficiency of the washing work. SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus is provided with an endoscope 10 which is equipped with an operating section 17 on the base end side of a slender insertion tube part 11 and has an observation optical system at the distal end part of the insertion tube part, and a guide member 12 which is detachably fixed on the insertion tube part and has a communication hole 15 almost in the same direction as the axial direction of the insertion tube part. A plurality of the guide members is disposed at the insertion tube part at specified spacings and can be inserted deep into the digestion organs being guided by an intestinal string previously inserted into each of the ducts of the digestion organs.
