DROSS STICKING PREVENTION TYPE SINK ROLL APPARATUS IN ORDER TO REDUCE FORMATION OF PROMINENCE AND DEPRESSION FLAWS ON THE SURFACE OF STRIP

PURPOSE: To provide a dross sticking prevention type sink roll apparatus for preventing floating dross and bottom dross increased in molten zinc pot from sticking to the surface of sink roll to prevent formation of prominence and depression flaws on the surface of strip and improve quality of products. CONSTITUTION: The dross sticking prevention type sink roll apparatus comprises fixed shafts (230) installed at left and right of one side of sink roll body (110); fixing bars (220) which are connected to the fixing shafts through shaft holes, and in which a "U" character shaped clamp of cylinder is assembled into connection hole formed a front part of one side of the fixing bars; a dross sticking prevention roll installed at a lower part of the fixing bars through a pair of bushings (103); an air hose connected to both sides of the cylinder; and a pressure controller for controlling roll force of the dross sticking prevention roll.
