PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a liner composition for a pilfer-proof cap which can be retort-sterilized suitable for a container cap for a retort type beverage or the like which has an excellent elasticity from a low temperature (refrigeration) to a high temperature (retort) and good sealability and plug opening properties.

SOLUTION: The liner composition for the pilfer-proof cap which can be retort-sterilized comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. polyester elastomer comprising an aromatic polyester as a hard component and an aliphatic polyether as a soft component, and (B) a lubricant comprising (i) 0.8-2.0 pts.wt. higher fatty acid amide and (ii) at least 0.5 pt.wt. erucic acid among the higher fatty acid amide.
