<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade the appearance of a portable transmitter, to suppress the cost increase due to the changes of display contents of the function display, and to facilitate the control of user's operation. <P>SOLUTION: The portable transmitter is provided with: a resin case 10 incorporated with a momentary switch 32; an opening 11f formed in a portion facing the switch 32 in the case 10; and a resin film member 17 disposed to cover the opening 11f and formed integrally with the case 10.
