<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic product for increasing the flavor that the fish or shellfish naturally have by using a product of nature as the raw material with the additive not causing a change in the natural flavor of the foods. <P>SOLUTION: The aromatic extract obtained by distilling the meat of the cartilaginous fish for example of the shark in the presence of water and/or alkali is used as an aromatic additive in foods. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
