<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver sheet producing apparatus to produce laver sheets by forming the sheets while continuously transporting a plurality of laver growing reed screens. <P>SOLUTION: The laver sheet producing apparatus is composed of a transporting means to continuously transport screen frames 3 holding the laver growing reed screen 2 to a sheet-forming part A, a draining part B, a drying part C and a peeling part D, a water-receiving means 60 placed under a laver screen transporting orbit between the sheet-forming part A and the draining part B and preventing the early drop of the laver slurry supplied to the laver screen 2, and a sheet-forming frame unit 73 placed above the orbit in a manner synchronously transportable along the laver screen transporting orbit in a state contacting with the screen 2. The laver slurry is supplied on the laver screen 2 while continuously transporting the screen 2, water is drained from the slurry with the water receiving means 60 during the screen transporting period, and the raw laver in the slurry is deposited on the upper surface of the laver screen 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
