<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical composition suitable for oral administration comprising a SIP (sphingosine-1 phosphoric acid) receptor agonist. <P>SOLUTION: This solid pharmaceutical composition suitable for oral administration comprises (a) the S1P receptor agonist, and (b) a sugar alcohol. The composition comprises 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diol (FITY20), or the like, as the SIP agonist, mannitol as the sugar alcohol, and magnesium stearate as a lubricant wherein the composition may be in the form of a tablet or a capsule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
