<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical trade mediation system for mediating a trade of excessive stock of pharmaceuticals or the like between prescription pharmacies through a communication such as the Internet and, particularly, a pharmaceutical trade mediation system capable of completing the trade without disclosing the mutual pharmacy names in every trade, and rapidly performing the trade at a successful price for the both. <P>SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical trade mediation system comprises a mediation server including a member data management part, a pharmaceutical data management part, and a collection and delivery management part having a forwarding agent selection means for selecting an optimum forwarding method and forwarding agent from a forwarding agent database and an established transaction content. The pharmaceutical data management part includes an alternate classification means, an alternate retrieval means, and a transaction rapid processing means.
