<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly accept user's consent to the execution of repair without using the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: An order number and a password are given to a user when the user requests repair, and an estimate of repair is retrieved from a repair information database 26 on the basis of the order number inputted by user's dial operation and is provided to the user with a voice when the user requests information provision through a telephone line. In processing for accepting his/her consent to repair execution, the user is requested to input the password, and the input of the password is confirmed.
