<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web bureau system using groupware by a web of the Internet for efficiently performing joint order acceptance, joint sales, etc. by sharing transaction data such as an internal transaction between associate partners and an external transaction between the associate partners and persons other than the associate partners. <P>SOLUTION: All members of a group or all the associate partners advance a business in cooperation with one another since a system for information sharing centering around the bureau is constructed by using the groupware, for example, a system such as an ASP by the web of the Internet, the required information is obtained at any time by accessing the system by all the associate partners, in addition, the required information is distributed to a group which requires it from the bureau and opinions and suggestions to the information from the group are promptly obtained.
