PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing information corresponding to location information. SOLUTION: The local information broadcasting system is provided with a center device 400, a quasi-zenith satellite 220 for repeating a broadcasting signal that is broadcasted by the center device, and a mobile device 300 for receiving the broadcasting signal that is broadcasted by the center device 400 via the satellite 220, the center device 400 divides an area into a plurality of blocks and periodically transmit block information such as block information A or block information B corresponding to a block identifier, and the mobile device 300 positions its own location information, acquires a block identifier on the basis of the positioned location information, and outputs block information corresponding to the block identifier by extracting it from the broadcasting signal to be broadcasted.
