PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the troublesomeness that temperature conditions are set in accordance with a color having the slowest rate of temperature increase in a baking oven among all the coatings i.e. aqueous, solvent and powder coatings, a solvent is mixed or preheating is made so that their coating films have the same performance by short time and low temperature curing for all the colors. SOLUTION: Existing coatings yields the same performance to their coating films by a short time and low temperature curing irrespective of their colors and time and low temperature curing is achieved by adding a heat ray absorbent with a sunlight reflectance of≤50% as defined in JIS A5759.
