PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor which can simplify its structure and can enhance productivity. SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor A comprises a magnetic head 1 which consists of a magnetic detection means 12 for detecting variations in magnetic force and a magnet 11 for generating the magnetic force; a circuit board 2 electrically connected to the magnetic detection means 12; an inner housing 3 disposing the magnetic head 1 and the circuit board 2; a capping part ( capping material ) 4 covering the magnetic head 1 and having a detection surface 4c; and an outer housing 5 for connecting the inner housing 3 to the capping part 4.
