PURPOSE: Provided is an antibacterial and deodorizing agent composition, which has a particle-like shape, increased functional surface area and improved antibacterial and deodorizing functions, and is economical due to the absence of the time limitation in preparing the composition. CONSTITUTION: The antibacterial and deodorizing agent composition comprises 1-20 wt% of a highly absorptive resin, 10-40 wt% of a non-ionic surfactant, 1-20 wt% of a vegetable antibacterial and deodorizing agent, and the balance amount of water. Particularly, the highly absorptive resin has a particle diameter of 5-1000 micrometers. The non-ionic surfactant is a C1-C16 secondary alcohol-(ethylene oxide) 2-40. The composition optionally further comprises 10-20 parts by weight of flavonoid fragrance.
