<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind mill power generating device suppressing turbulence to amplify wind speed to exert high efficiently, in the wind mill power generating device having a rotating rotor with a plurality of rotary blades attached to an outer periphery of a rotation shaft at fixed pitches, and a plurality of wind collecting blades arranged at the outside of the rotating rotor, rotate the rotor by guiding wind to the rotary blades of the rotor to rotate a generator. <P>SOLUTION: Each rotary blade 5 of the rotor 1 is in an approximately V shape constituted of an inside rotary blade part 11 and an outside rotary blade part 12. Each wind collecting blade 2 is in an approximately L-shape constituted of an inside wind collecting blade part 13 and an outside wind collecting blade part 14. The outside rotary blade parts 12 become approximately flush with the inside wind collecting blade parts 13, when the rotor 1 is rotated and the outside rotary blade parts 12 pass by the inside wind collecting blade parts 13. Although the wind flowing from an intake port flows along the wind collecting blades bent to form the L-shape, and hit to the approximately V-shaped rotary blades, the wind collecting blades suppress generation of the turbulent and wind blows toward the rotary blades. The blowing wind hits on the tops of the rotary blades to rotate the rotor, so that wind energy is effectively utilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
