<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a packing for a syringe that can strongly join an ETFE film to the outside face of a syringe packing. <P>SOLUTION: A composite sheet material made up of the ETFE film 1 and a sheet 2 made of an elastomer is obtained by sequentially performing an atmospheric pressure plasma processing, application of a silane coupling agent and contacting of an unvulcanized elastomer composition containing a vulcanization agent to one side of the ETFE film 1. By closing a core die 5 and press-molding with the ETFE film 1 side facing a cavity die 4, squeezed portions intended to be syringe packings are formed in the composite sheet material 3. Expanded portions 42 are formed in the intermediate portion and the bottom portion of the cavity 41, and the ratio between the depth H and the entrance diameter D is set at 0.4 to 5.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
