<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boosting means for a generator that can obtain a high output voltage from an extremely low revolution state in a rotary generator. <P>SOLUTION: In the rotary generator (2), a boosting circuit is provided on the output of this generator.
