NON CUT AND COVER, REMOVAL, AND RENEWAL METHOD FOR EMBEDDED PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non open cut and cover method excellent in environment and economy and easy to use as embedded pipes for gas or city water is superannuated and required to replace in future.

SOLUTION: Two positions of both ends where the embedded pipe is intended to be replaced are excavated and the pipe is cut off, then the cut face is vibrated by a strong percussion device to loosen the adhesion of the earth and the pipe. an unnecessary branch pipe is cut off. A hose-type percussion thrusting device having a large driving force necessary for the cut face is mounted on the cut face. The opposite cut position is drawn and the caliber is made large while pulling the pipe, a wire is inserted in the hole to fit the renewal pipe and install a shunting pipe.
